This handbook focuses on adverse drug reactions in tuberculosis treatment. Tuberculosis is a multisystem disease with varied clinical presentations. One-third of the world’s population is infected with Mycobacterium tuberculosis and there is 10% lifetime risk of developing tuberculosis and the risk further increases to 10% annual risk in immunocompromised patients.
